ARLINGTON, Va. — The Consumer Bankers Association will host its 2008 National Automobile Finance Conference & Tradeshow March 30 to April 1 at the Hilton San Francisco in California.
"For over 20 years CBA's automobile finance conference and tradeshow has been the premier event in its field," according to officials.
"Drawing the top industry executives from the world of retail banking and finance companies, our conference provides you with the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of the future of the industry and to take away actionable solutions to keep your institution ahead of its competitors," they continued.
The CBA explained that the conference focuses primarily on indirect lending seminars and group sessions designed to examine the latest information on auto financing and leasing, including the use of technology, pricing and profitability, residuals, floor planning and credit risk management.
In addition to learning about the industry, attendees can network and share ideas with peers from throughout the country.
"Our sold out exhibit hall features the latest products and services for the automobile finance industry to help you increase your productivity and profitability," executives highlighted.

Moreover, officials indicated that attendance for this conference is open to CBA Corporate, Holding Company Affiliate, National Associate or Automobile Finance Associate Members. Exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities are open only to those members.
However, CBA said non-members may attend conference but they must represent federally insured banking institutions.
For members, the cost is $1,245 when pre-registered; $1,345 for on-site registration; and the cost is $195 for a spouse or companion.
As for non-members, the charge is $1,545 when pre-registered, $1,645 for on-site registration and $195 for a spouse or companion.
