SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — Credit Acceptance Corp. recently launched an updated corporate Web site, which is designed to better benefit dealer clients, investors and customers.
The new site was created to be easier to navigate via an updated graphical layout, enhanced functionality and expanded content, executives reported.
According to officials, new features on the site include:
—Home page photos and testimonials of dealer partners, customers and team members who have had their lives changed in some way by their relationship with Credit Acceptance.
—A News & Events section where visitors can find up-to-date and relevant industry and Credit Acceptance information.
—The ability for dealer partners, customers or other visitors to easily get information about how to make a payment, us or leave back for a member of the team.
—A continuously updated counter that tracks the total number of customers Credit Acceptance has approved since 1999.
—More complete information for prospective dealers interested in offering guaranteed credit approval to their customers, including how the program works and how to enroll.
—Extensive resources and information for customers, such as understanding credit reporting and vehicle financing.
—The opportunity for job seekers to review current openings and apply for positions at the company that best meets their qualifications.
—Complete financial news, reports and information about the company for potential investors.
Executives said this is the first phase of Credit Acceptance's redesign efforts for the site. During the coming months, additional functionality and content will be added.
"The goal is to ensure that is easy to use and meets the needs of our current and prospective dealer partners, customers, investors and potential team members," officials explained.
